What is Drawing uptown?

An invitation to bring together art enthusiasts in Inwood & Washington Heights. Through art-making I hope you can forge new connections and explore the many wonderful spaces our community has to offer. Gatherings & workshops will be held in Uptown once or twice a month. This is a welcoming space for artists of all backgrounds & levels to thrive and grow together.

  • GUIDED PAINTING AT THE FRASS BOX

    Saturday , June 21st at 4pm

    We will be using Yomii's original artwork "Trinkets" as the inspiration for this workshop. This piece is based on the nostalgia of growing up in Uptown and some of the recurring items of my childhood. Allow me to guide you in creating your own Trinkets piece based on your own childhood and/or upbringing!
